Rule 6 - Virement A member shall not vire amounts between one allowance and another allowance. Rule 7 - Uprating (1) Subject to paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) of this rule, the SPCB shall uprate allowances in Part B and the notional amount referred to in paragraph 1(a) of Part B on 1 April each year from the year 2002 onwards, having regard to such indices as the SPCB considers appropriate.
