To ask the Scottish Executive when it will bring forward legislation to provide for a railway station in the village of Blackridge on the new Airdrie to Bathgate rail line. Transport Scotland arecurrently in discussions with West Lothian Council about the most appropriate powersto take forward the provision of a station at Blackridge.
Amendment 24, in the name of David Whitton, is grouped with amendments 25, 57, 27, 28, 58, 29, 30, 32 to 41, 43, 52, 87, 26, 31, 42 and 55.Members will have picked up that time is pretty tight.
There are currently no plans to publish this information as it is not held centrally. From April 2011 a new dedicated information system will be fully operational across Scotland.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has plans to ensure the future of Stow College in light of the creation of the new City of Glasgow College. The funding of individual colleges is a matter for the Scottish Funding Council (SFC) rather than ministers.
To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a detailed breakdown by local authority area of the planned 18,500 new start apprentices in 2009-10. The Scottish Government does not hold this information centrally.

Land managers who are penalised under cross-compliance can submit an appeal under the new EU Rural Payments Appeal Procedure which was launched on the 20 November 2009.
