When people go through what they go through to get to that final stage of getting satisfaction from the ombudsman’s judgment, only for that then not to be enforced, how does that make them feel?
If we do this, we cannot do that, and if we do that, we cannot do the other. As a Parliament, we need to get our minds around provision for the disadvantaged members of our society.
I can foresee the reception that that proposal will get in some quarters, but we should at least seek views on it.I admit that I forget what trivial commutation is, but on the basis that it might not be trivial, we should seek views on it.

Preparations are underway to allow work to begin immediately after the formation of the new government in May 2016. A specific date will be agreed with review group representatives.

If completed in time, it hopes that the turbine assembly will take place at the Siemens new facility on the Humber. If not, the turbines will come from Siemens plant in Esbjerg, Denmark.

The Scottish Government are committed to making improvements at the Haudagain roundabout once work on the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route scheme is finished, and are reviewing the programme in light of the new completion date. S4W-23458
