As the member will be aware from her role on the cross-party group on dyslexia, the Scottish Government has developed a framework for inclusion, which is being introduced in our initial teacher education colleges throughout the country. That will give our new teachers the tools to identify dyslexia in the children whom they teach.

When we discussed the introduction of energy performance certificates, we were concerned about whether people would be aware of their new obligations. I note that the regulations before us will extend the introduction period in recognition of the fact that people might not be aware of their obligation to provide such certificates.
