Inclusive communication and accessibility of information
A new section of the bill requires that, in considering how to promote take-up of devolved assistance (see above), Ministers must have regard to the importance of inclusive communication (s.1C).
Once interrupted, the twenty year period has no opportunity to restart from the same point. Instead, an entirely new twenty year period starts to run at the date of the so-called interruption.
