The Auditor General reported that good progress had been made in addressing the substantial weaknesses identified in his previous Section 22 report, although some issues such as the backlog for investigating complaints, the timeline in addressing these and the joint recommendations with the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) remain a work in progress.
