In rural and remote areas, that would include mobile screening services, and we would take diagnostics—such as lung screening—to the community instead of expecting patients to travel long distances.
In essence, a defective notice to quit certain agricultural land had been served on tenants. The notice was served, I believe, in November 2004, and in November 2005 the tenants refused to get out.
That was a prominent issue when the Prime Minister visited India recently. The absence of any movement on the part of the UK Government was one of the reasons why we got so little from that visit.

To ask the Scottish Government what protection is available to tenants in the private rented sector in cases in which (a) landlords and (b) letting agents do not repair substandard properties.
