Empty Homes Mapping Analysis To obtain a greater insight into vacant and empty dwellings in Inverclyde, Inverclyde Council’s Housing Strategy team requested Council Tax information to outline a useful snapshot of where potential empty property hotspots are located and areas where targeted interventions may yield significant impacts.
