The number of dental patients who have waited for a new outpatient appointment with a consultant in NHS Tayside in each quarter since 1 October 2007 is shown in table 1 and table 2. table 2 is based on New Ways of Defining and Measuring Waiting Times which was introduced on 1 January 2008.
