To ask the Scottish Government how much it expects the transfer of staff to the National Care Service to cost under Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) regulations.
By the end of 2023, more than 47,000 awards were safely and securely transferred from the Department for Work and Pensions disability living allowance for children to our child disability payments.
We can put all the bells and whistles we like on our legislation, without adequate resources care services will die on their feet and choice will be further limited.”
