To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of new homes being built for sale over the next five years will be wheelchair-accessible and barrier-free.
To ask the Scottish Executive, further to its news release on 19 June 2007, entitled “Keeping it simple in the countryside”, what plans it or its agencies have to consult stakeholders on any new arrangements to be proposed.
I note your comments that no board will lose out in absolute terms, that there will be no cuts and that the new formula will be phased in but, looking at the differences that it makes, the new formula hardly makes sense.
