The Scottish Government has not carried out an evaluation of the performance of each NHS Board against Article 26 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The Scottish Government states that consultation took place with stakeholders on the proposals for the SAT between 26 September and 5 December 2022, followed by a programme of stakeholder engagement meetings and site visits.
