To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on the adequacy of the New Ways waiting time recording system given the finding in the report on waiting times in NHS Lothian that in 332 cases out of 1,153 the reason for suspension was unknown.

To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body whether there are penalties for failure in the contract for installation of the Parliament’s new voting system. The specification included a penalty clause that reduced the amount of the fee payable by us to the contractor if installation extended beyond the agreed date.
