Where functions continue on a shared basis, there will need to be adjustments to the governance of these bodies, but the Scottish Government sees no need for a new body to be established. S4W-21509
To ask the Scottish Government, further to the statement by Richard Lochhead on 11 June 2014 (Official Report, c. 32086), from which budget line the additional "£45 million of new money" for the beef sector will be drawn.
As with any commercial company, the board of David MacBrayne Ltd is responsible for decisions on how profits are spent: on investments in the company, on new business ventures and on returns to the shareholder.
