Guidance on UK Internal Market

Despite the disagreement on the Impact of the UKIMA, the most recent quarterly report on common frameworks, published by the Cabinet Office in May 2021, states that they “are being developed through constructive discussions between the UK Government and devolved administrations” and that this “has continued during the latest reporting period.” 26.
