To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will detail any discussions it has had with the Ministry of Defence on the long-term future of Glencorse Barracks. No. Discussions between the Scottish Executive and the UK Government are conducted on a confidential basis.
To ask the Scottish Executive whether, in the light of recent press articles, its position on not reviewing local authority boundaries in the foreseeable future has changed. There are no plans for a review of local authority boundaries.
To ask the Scottish Executive what criteria it will take into account in making a decision on the future location of the Scottish Agricultural Science Agency.
The fact that we have set out guidelines on that will be important for the future. At this point in history, we do not know exactly what the impact of the bill will be.
