Stage 1 report: Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill - Requiring a diagnosis of addiction
Some of that group will not recover from their liver disease and may well die from it. In our written response, we mention that it is not just dependence that leads to harm, and that is particularly true for alcohol.
