UKSI Phytosanitary Conditions amendment 3 20 Sept 22

Following the outcomes of risk assessments conducted in accordance with Articles 5(3), 30(1), 37(5), 41(3) and (3A) and 72(3) of that Regulation it has been determined that it is appropriate to amend Annexes 2, 2A, 4 7 and 11 of retained Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 (the Phytosanitary Conditions Regulation – “the PCR”).
