To ask the Scottish Government what plans it has to review patient travel provision from the Monklands District General Hospital catchment area to the proposed sites at Wishaw and Hairmyres when orthopaedics and trauma services are moved there.
That scheme ensures that we have full cost recovery for chargeable elements that we undertake, and we will continue operating on that principle in the future. The draft Scottish budget for 2025-26 has recently been announced, and your budget will remain relatively steady.
