Section 88C(4) provides the Scottish Ministers with a power to prescribe the sum (i.e. the fixed fee) payable under sections 88A(1) and 88B(1). This replaces the previous power to set maximum fees in section 89(6), which was left out of the Bill following amendment at Stage 2.
