It probably makes sense to say that that will be the case in the future. The paper is useful—a couple of things come out of it and there is also something that the committee should take forward.
I do not know whether we will discuss future council tax levels at our next meeting, but I fully expect that we will do so at some point in the near future, as has been the practice in the past.

Sustainable Future To ask the First Minister what plans the Scottish Executive has, and what action it has taken in this session of the Parliament, to build a sustainable future in Scotland.
Would that work? I can see the attraction of doing it that way, but it is for the Parliament and—if I dare say so—the Procedures Committee to come up with a recommendation for ministers to work with.
