The paper suggests possible alterations to that approach in the future, which is obviously merely advice for a future committee, which may or may not decide to adopt the proposed approach.
Considerable work has been done on workforce planning and ensuring that there is growth in psychology training and development, so we are likely to be able to meet future demand. In this area, Scotland's workforce planning is ahead of England's.
Perhaps we need to bring such proposals to the committee earlier in future so that we can think about them rather than being rushed into taking a decision at the last minute.
We should put it on record that we would like to hold such a meeting at some point in the future. Such a meeting would help to clarify things for all of us.
Any ordinary person who attempted to make any sense of this document would be at a complete loss. In the immediate future we will be considering the specific issues, but we must also consider how we can make legislation more accessible to members of the public who will be affected by it.
It has not been determined whether there will be an absolute review at some point in the future. I will ask about access to land on which crops are growing.
