To ask the Scottish Government what its response is to a study by the University of Oxford, Oxford ARC Study, Achieving Resilience During COVID-19, Psychosocial Risk and Protective Factors Amidst a Pandemic in Adolescents, in which more than one-third of 13- to 18-year-olds reported high levels of loneliness, in light of its own responsibilities in relation to the mental health of young people.
