1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee will decide whether to take items 2 and 4 in private.
The Committee will also decide whether consideration of the draft report on the legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61), supplementary legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61a), and second supplementary legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61b) on the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Bill should be taken in private at future meetings.
The Committee will decide whether consideration of the draft report on stage 1 of the Ecocide (Scotland) Bill should be taken in private at future meetings.
2. Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a draft report on the legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-64 and supplementary legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-64a.
3. Draft Climate Change Plan: (At approximately 9.00am) The Committee will take evidence from—

4. Draft Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. The Committee will also consider the evidence heard at its meeting on 16 December.
