That the Parliament congratulates Birnam's Jess Pepper on her inclusion in the BBC's list of 100 inspiring and influential women for 2023; recognises what it sees as her significant contribution as the founder of Climate Café, a pioneering community-led initiative addressing climate change; believes that she has played a role in empowering communities across Scotland and globally; acknowledges her leadership as an honorary fellow of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and commends her dedication to fostering environmental awareness and action, which, it believes, reflects positively on Scotland's commitment to climate challenges.
