Cupar Hearts AFC Wins Scottish Amateur Cup

That the Parliament sends its congratulations to Cupar Hearts AFC on winning the Scottish Amateur Cup at Hampden Park on 10 May 2023; notes that Cupar Hearts defeated Steins Thistle AFC 2-1, with goals coming from Richie Lawson and Liam Craig; understands that this is the first time since 1989 that a Fife-based team has won the trophy, and that the win ends the run of three previous final defeats in 1950, 1957 and 2007, and wishes Sean Simpson’s side the best of luck for continued success next season.
