That the Parliament congratulates Deeside Food Hub on its relocation to VSA Easter Anguston Farm, Peterculter; understands that the Food Hub is an online produce market selling exceptional quality food and drink that is all produced within Aberdeen City and Shire; notes that it was initiated by Rachel Gambro, who is one of Scotland’s food tourism ambassadors, and is run by The Mixing Bowl Aberdeen on a fortnightly basis where people can place orders online and collect later in the week, allowing producers to prepare only the products ordered so they are fresh and there is no waste; applauds what it sees as this fantastic initiative, helping to promote and showcase produce from the area and a sustainable food system, and wishes all at the Deeside Food Hub the best for the future.
