That the Parliament commends the retailer, Specsavers Opticians, in Wick, on joining with other branches across Scotland to raise £15,000 for the UK’s largest music therapy charity; understands that the Wick store contributed to the cost of approximately 600 music therapy sessions for both children and adults throughout Scotland on four projects delivered by the charity, Nordoff Robbins; recognises Specsavers for its charitable work and understands that the donations collected by its branches will also aim to help Sight Scotland, St Andrew’s Hospice in North Lanarkshire, Blythswood House in Renfrewshire and Calaiswood After School Club.
