That the Parliament congratulates the Perthshire-based, La Sicilyana, on winning the Best Bistro in Perth and Kinross category at the Scottish Business Awards 2021; notes that the restaurant, which is in Scone, is popular with residents and visitors, and wishes it all the best for the future.
