Livindians' Badminton Tournament, Raising Funds for the BHF

That the Parliament congratulations and commends Livindians, which is a group of over 130 families in West Lothian of Indian origin, on their annual charity badminton tournament on 2 March 2019; commends Xcite Craigswood, Livingston, for providing the facilities free of charge; understands that this year’s event has already raised over £2,300 for the British Heart Foundation (BHF), with more to come via its JustGiving site; congratulates the 32 men’s and 10 women’s doubles teams that took part; understands that over 150 people, including children, were there to cheer on the participants; commends the members of Livindians for their fundraising activities throughout the year, and wishes the group well with its future efforts.
