That the Parliament congratulates Frankie’s Fish & Chips bar in Shetland on its 10th anniversary; understands that the business has gone from small beginnings to being a regular national award winner; praises it for its use of local good quality produce; welcomes the business's announcement of a loyalty card to give back to the customers who have supported it over the years; recognises the importance of the fishing industry in Shetland and the contribution of small businesses to Scotland’s thriving food and drink sector, and wishes Frankie’s all the best for the years ahead.
