Tayport Community Garden

That the Parliament congratulates everyone associated with the Tayport Community Garden on it being shortlisted for RSPB Nature of Scotland Awards in two categories, the Community Initiative Award and the Youth and Education Award; commends the work done by the project to encourage children to delight in and respect the natural world; acknowledges the importance of the project’s efforts to bring people together to learn about nature, carbon footprints and the impact of climate change, and recognises that the project’s Earth Explorers programme is developing out-of-school activities on science and the environment as a learning destination for Children’s University.
