That the Parliament commends Craig Haddow, manager of Boclair House Hotel in Bearsden, who walked 300 miles during a Great Wall of China charity challenge to raise money for Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland; notes that Craig, as part of a group of 24 hospitality industry professionals, exceeded the initial fundraising target and has so far raised almost £40,000 to donate towards providing scholarships and training opportunities for the next generation of hospitality industry talent, and thanks Craig for his hard work on behalf of the hospitality industry, particularly in training and procurement.
