During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

That the Parliament congratulates the communities of Whitecraig, Wallyford and Musselburgh in East Lothian on the Reading is Braw campaign, which has engaged children and families in getting children to read more; notes the huge effort of volunteers, who have delivered pop up libraries throughout these communities making a choice of books and magazines more readily available, and praises the work of teachers, parents, carers, library and other council staff as well as local businesses who have supported the campaign and made it possible.
