A Flying Chocolate Scotsman

That the Parliament congratulates Ruth Hinks, UK World Chocolate Master, of Cocoa Black in Peebles, on creating a chocolate showpiece to celebrate the official opening of the Borders Railway on 9 September 2015; commends Ruth for choosing the Flying Scotsman, the first steam locomotive to reach 100mph; understands that it took 400 hours to design and assemble the 1:17 scale model using 75kg of chocolate and 50 chocolate-making techniques and that it contains 400,000 calories, and notes that the creation will be on display in Waverley Station, Edinburgh on the weekend of 5-6 September and on 9 September for the official opening of the Borders Railway.
