That the Parliament understands that the Lochside Café, situated on Linlithgow High Street, has won two honours at the Scottish Café and Bakery Awards 2026; further understands that the café was awarded Outstanding Achievement in the categories of Best Coffee Shop and Outstanding Café of the Year; notes that the awards, which are now in their sixth year, were held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Glasgow on 12 October; further notes that the awards bring business owners and industry professionals together to celebrate Scotland’s cafés and bakeries; congratulates Lochside Café owner Kathleen Cairns and all of her staff on winning these awards; celebrates that their hard work has been recognised, and wishes Kathleen and her team all the best in continuing to run such a successful and popular café in the heart of Linlithgow.
