That the Parliament congratulates McMonagles Restaurant, in Clydebank, on being named Best Fish N’ Chips Establishment at the Food Awards Scotland 2026; recognises the infamous boat on the canal as a beloved local restaurant with a unique "sail-thru" serving window; understands that the 12th Food Awards Scotland 2026 was held in Glasgow on August 17 at the Double Tree by Hilton Glasgow Central; further understands that the awards recognise dedication, innovation and excellence across Scotland’s culinary industry, and celebrates local business being celebrated in this way.
