That the Parliament congratulates Montrose Community Trust on being named a finalist in the Community category at The Courier Business Awards 2026; notes that the Trust delivered more than 22,500 engagements through 35 programmes in 2025, supporting people of all ages across Montrose and the surrounding area; recognises its work in areas including mental health, physical activity, climate action, food resilience and youth employability; commends the contribution of its volunteers; notes the ongoing £2 million Gable End development at Links Park, which will provide enhanced community facilities and a dedicated dementia centre, and recognises the Trust's success in harnessing the power of football to build confidence, tackle isolation, improve wellbeing and create positive opportunities for people across the community.
