That the Parliament welcomes the publication of Charity Finance Group’s Charity Banking Report 2026; notes that, among Scottish respondents, 56% reported difficulties changing bank account signatories, 47% reported concerns regarding charges for depositing cash and cheques, 45% reported concerns about account charges, and 34% identified limited access to in-person banking services as a challenge; recognises the importance of accessible and affordable banking services to Scotland's charities, and calls on banks and regulators to consider the report's recommendations.
