That the Parliament congratulates Whitecraigs Care Home in Newton Mearns on receiving a highly positive report from the Care Inspectorate following an unannounced inspection; recognises that the 58-bedroom care home was awarded a grade of 5, “very good”, for its support of residents’ wellbeing; understands that inspectors found residents experienced warm, trusting relationships with staff and praised the compassionate and dignified care provided; acknowledges the positive feedback from residents, including comments that staff were caring and treated them like family, reflecting the dedication of everyone working at the home, and wishes all residents, staff and management every success for the future.
