That the Parliament congratulates Jonathan Stark, originally from Longniddry in East Lothian, on his remarkable ongoing cycling journey across Africa using a folding bicycle; recognises his efforts to raise awareness and funds for the Kafunjo Community Project in Uganda, which he co-founded and which supports children and families through education, healthcare and community development; commends his achievement in cycling more than 4,000 kilometres from Tangier, Morocco, across North and West Africa, including the Sahara Desert, on a Brompton bicycle; acknowledges what it believes to be the inspirational nature of his expedition, which highlights both personal resilience and global citizenship; notes that his aim is to raise £10,000, potentially rising to £20,000 through matched funding, to support sustainable initiatives such as the Kafunjo Green School and its demonstration farm, and wishes him continued success and safety as he progresses on the next stages of his journey towards Uganda.
