That the Parliament congratulates Lynne Bell, from Blantyre, on being named a Cardmaker of the Year 2025; notes that the awards are organised by Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine, in association with Craftworld; understands that Lynne’s artistic flair extends to baking and that she uses her skills to support many great causes across Blantyre, and pays tribute to Lynne for this brilliant achievement.
