Aberdeen Donside Pupil Wins the #DigiInventors Challenge

That the Parliament congratulates Jack McLennan, of Westpark Primary School in Aberdeen Donside, on winning the #DigiInventors Challenge; understands that Jack was named as one of three national winners of the challenge with his invention, Kooldle, which is an accessible, braille-based reading device aimed at helping children with visual impairments; notes that the #DigiInventors Challenge is organised by the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre, as its flagship competition, and is delivered in collaboration with leading partners across Scotland in education, innovation, entrepreneurship and healthcare; understands that the competition aims to inspire young people to develop creative, technology-based solutions to real-world challenges, with a particular focus on improving health and care outcomes; commends Jack for his fantastic invention, and wishes him all the best for the future.
