That the Parliament welcomes the return of the highly anticipated Midnight Runway Run, which is set to take place on 20 June 2026 at Aberdeen International Airport; notes that the airport will team up with CHC Helicopter to organise the event for a seventh year; understands that the 2025 event saw nearly 400 runners raise over £65,000 for charity; notes that, as well as raising funds for Aberdeen International Airport’s charity partner, SAMH, and CHC Helicopter’s chosen charity, Lifestars, this year runners will also be able to choose a charity of their own to receive a portion of the funding; understands that this is the first time that this has been possible; wishes all participants good luck for the event, and commends the efforts of all those involved for organising what is set to be a great event.
