That the Parliament recognises the 25th anniversary of the Daisy Project, a Glasgow domestic abuse support service; notes that the project was established in 2001, in line with the introduction of the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 2001, and developed from grassroots work with women in Castlemilk into a sustained, funded service; acknowledges that it now supports over 200 women and families each year and frequently operates at capacity; recognises its holistic, trauma-informed and client-led approach, shaped by the voices and experiences of women, and commends the dedication of its staff, volunteers and volunteer directors.
