That the Parliament thanks the Friends of Duff House for its continued dedication to documenting, preserving and sharing the history of Banff and Macduff; recognises the value of its new exhibition at Duff House, which brings together photographs, memories and stories capturing the everyday life and heritage of the twin towns across generations; acknowledges the vital role played by the Friends of Duff House in supporting, caring for and championing Duff House as a historic gem, helping to safeguard it for future generations to enjoy; commends the volunteers involved for their research, stewardship and commitment in both curating the exhibition and promoting the house as a cultural asset, and celebrates the Friends of Duff House for strengthening local pride, protecting heritage and ensuring that the rich social history of Banff and Macduff is recorded, remembered and shared.
