That the Parliament notes with concern the findings of the programme in the Channel 4 Dispatches series, Palestine Action: The Truth Behind the Ban, which reported a claim that the Home Office proscribed the activist organisation, Palestine Action, after consultation with Elbit Systems, an Israeli-owned arms manufacturer; further notes what it sees as the serious questions that this raises regarding the independence and fairness of the proscription process, and calls on the UK Government to reconsider urgently the proscription of Palestine Action and to ensure that any such decisions are made transparently, proportionately and free from external influence.
