That the Parliament welcomes that Rothes Brewery, which closed in 2020, has been revived thanks to the intervention of the local business, Forsyth's, which also owns the Station Hotel in Rothes; understands that the beers produced by the brewery have great flavour profiles and consistency; notes that one of the reasons that Forsyth's stepped in was because the Station Hotel was no longer able to acquire the Toots Ale that Rothes Brewery had produced; recognises that the new range of beers will now be sold in the hotel's Toots Bar and Bistro; believes that local craft breweries are a vital part of Scotland's rural economy, and wishes everyone involved years of successful trading.
