That the Parliament congratulates Graham Campbell on his retirement after 30 years of dedicated service to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI); recognises the significant contribution that he has made to his community during his time volunteering with RNLI, which includes 304 call-outs, 768 hours responding to incidents at sea, and 41 lives saved; understands that Graham's service took him to various stations across Scotland, including Kirkwall, Aith, Lerwick, Stromness, Longhope, Wick, Buckie, Aberdeen, Barra, Islay, Tobermory, Mallaig and Lochinver; commends Graham for his invaluable expertise and commitment to the spirit of volunteering, which has saved lives and promoted safer seas in Orkney and beyond; thanks Graham for his years of service, and wishes him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.
