That the Parliament congratulates Gray’s School of Art at Robert Gordon University on reaching its 140-year milestone, having formally opened on 16 November 1885; notes with enthusiasm the Gray’s 140th anniversary programme running from November 2025 through to July 2026, including its planned major exhibition, Never Make a Head Bigger than a Melon, which reflects on the school's evolution and the shifts in studio practice, teaching and artistic relationships across generations; recognises how these celebrations will both honour the school’s heritage and showcase its evolving identity, artistic practice and influence; commends the school’s commitment to connecting past, present and future generations of artists, and wishes all involved success in this landmark year of creativity, learning and community involvement.
